SIZING

  1. Do the dimensions indicated in your size chart refer to the finished garment size or body size?

ANS: The sizes mentioned in the size chart indicate finished garment sizes and not body measurements.

  1. Do your sizes usually run larger?

ANS: Yes, our sizes do run larger. Many of our styles have a relaxed and easy fit.

  1. What are the sizes you generally offer?

ANS: Our sizes presently range from XS to XXL.

  1. Do you leave margins?

ANS: Yes, we do leave a margin of 1” on either side.

  1. Do you customize sizes?

ANS: Yes, we do take up orders with minor custcustomizationswever, it is subject to confirmation from us since we cannot promise. We will try our best to make it possible. Extra charges applicable, if any, shall be confirmed by the Team beforehand.

ORDERS

  1. I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

ANS: If you have placed an order but not have received an order confirmation email from us, please check your spam, promotions and, all mail folders. If you are still unable to find it, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram so that we may check on this.

  1. Any offers for first-time customers?

ANS: We do offer a flat  10% discount to our first-time customers. You may use the code WLCM10 to avail the of offer.

  1. I ordered the wrong size, could you please change it prior to order processing?

ANS: Yes, we would be happy to change the size if you make a request within 24 hours of placing your order with us. After this, it will be difficult for us to accommodate your request as the production would have commenced.

  1. I want to cancel my order. How do I do it?

ANS: If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us at our email within 24 hours of placing your order to be eligible for a full refund.

  1. Do you have gift cards?

ANS: Yes, we do have e-gift cards. You may find the option under the head ‘Gifting’ on our website to see the available options. You can mention the recipient's Name, Email ID and, Personal Message during check-out. The card will be sent out by email soon after.

PAYMENTS

  1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

ANS: Yes, we do offer COD on domestic orders.

  1. Are you unable to make the payment to complete your purchase?

ANS: This issue may occur due to technical reasons like the bank being down, extended time-lapse, etc. We would recommend that you try again. If the issue persists, please write to us with the garments you’d like to purchase, your preferred size for each, and the delivery pin code. Once we receive your request, we will send you a payment link to complete your purchase.

SHIPPING

  1. How long do you take to dispatch the orders?

ANS: Our orders are usually dispatched in 10-15 working days from the date of receiving an order since all our garments are made to order.

  1. I want express delivery. Would that be possible?

ANS: We may take up early delivery requests from customers keeping in view the availability of the stock inventory. We would suggest that you write to us to check the possibility of it prior to placing your order with us as early deliveries are subject to the immediate availability of fabric, production bandwidth, priority shipping availability to your pin code, etc.

  1. How do I track my order?

ANS: You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. An email will be sent to you with the tracking details, all you need to do is visit our courier partner’s website and track your order.

  1. What is the cost of shipping?

ANS: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders across India crossing a minimum value of Rs. 4999/-

  1. Do you ship internationally?

ANS: Yes, we do ship internationally. Shipping charges may apply accordingly.

EXCHANGE / RETURN

  1. I want to return my order. How should I proceed?

ANS: No, we do not entertain return requests other than in cases where there has been a fulfillment error on our end or the product is incorrect/defective. Please note that such a request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery of the order. You will need to share your order number (mentioned in the order confirmation email), product name, and email address to initiate the process.

  1. What is your exchange policy?

ANS: We offer size exchanges and store credit notes. We do not offer refunds. However, a request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery of the product.

  1. Will any extra charges be applicable in case of exchange?

ANS: Yes, an extra charge of Rs.250/- shall be payable by customers in case an exchange is requested. This cost is the shipping cost for exchange.

  1. Do you offer refunds?

ANS: We do not offer refunds on products once sold. Refunds are only processed in case of fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.

  1. What if I am unhappy with the fit or product after purchase?

ANS: You can return it for a size exchange or ask for a store credit note which you can use to purchase a different product within 6 months.

OUT OF STOCK

  1. The size I am looking for in a specific style is out of stock on the website. When will it be back in stock?

ANS: All our products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis, so we would try to adjust and make your preferred size available for you. You can check with us by writing to us.

  1. When will a style be back in stock?

ANS: Restocking of products is dependent on customer demand and fabric availability. If we’ve received enough requests and the fabric is available to reorder, we do bring it back. Given the large-scale requirement of block-printed fabric, it’s hard for us to say if something will be back in stock unless our Team has already confirmed it. You may check with us by contacting us.

BRAND

  1. Do you have a store?

ANS: No, we are an online brand and sell primarily through our website. We do not have a retail space presently.

  1. Where are you based?

ANS: We are based out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

  1. What are your work timings?

ANS: Our online store is open 24/7. Our working days are Monday - Saturday, 10:00 am to 6 pm.

  1. I sent an email but received no response.

ANS: We are truly apologetic if this has happened to you. Our usual response time is 24 hours from when we receive a query. If we haven’t reverted in this time frame, it’s usually because the query requires us to check with our production team for advice or confirmation. Alternatively, being a small team we might have simply missed out on your email due to the increased number of queries received in that period. We would really appreciate a reminder if we have not gotten back to you in 2 working days. Please be assured that we are here to help you.
